The "Peacemakers" are selling raffle tickets for a quilt to benefit the Fire Auxiliary. Tickets are $1 ea. or 6 for $5. See Pastor Veronica, Rhonda, Marty, Sandy or Bernice. The quilt has a fireman's theme with fire engines and fire fighting symbols. Drawing will be Sat., Aug 7 at the Community Hall during the Luncheon hours.

BUOY DRILL TEAM / COLOR GUARD
All ladies interested in walking (and are able) from Louis Stewart's pond, carrying a lobster pot buoy are invited to join the Cundy's Harbor parade and carry yours or your spouse's buoy
or a buoy of your choice. See Veronica

11 AM – 1 PM - Lobster Roll Luncheon by Fire Auxiliary at Community Hall
2 PM -Lobster Crate Races at Holbrook's Wharf
11 AM – 5 PM - Quilt Exhibit at Fellowship Hall by "Peacemakers"
7 PM – 10 PM – Square Dance at Community Hall ($5 per person or $15 per family)
SUNDAY
8: AM - Blessing of the Fleet at Watson's Wharf
(NO 9 AM Sunday School or 10 AM Worship Service)
2 PM – CONCERT - Fishers of Men - in parking lot (Community Hall if rain)

BENEFIT COFFEE – Fri., Aug. 13 at 10 Am at Denise Deshaies' on Tondreau's Point – to benefit the ministry in Haiti of her classmate and friend, Jo Albright. Jo spoke to our ladies' Bible study last winter and we found her very inspiring. Donations will be accepted. Please plan to join us. See Bernice for directions or more info.

CONCERT – Sun., Aug. 22 at 10 AM Worship service - "Glory Bound", a Maine Gospel group, will be ministering in music.
